CTI confirms compliance of management systems with ISO international standards, for another time in a row

CTI, a system integrator, announced a successful completion of scheduled external audits for compliance with ISO 9001 international standards (in terms of the Quality Management System), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 (in terms of IT-services management) and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (in terms of information security management). The next comprehensive audit was conducted by the leading experts of the British Standard Institute (BSI), a recognized global leader in certification of management systems, from October to November 2017, in the company’s head office in Moscow.
ISO 9001 verifies compliance of the quality management system (QMS) of the company with the international and Russian standards. The high level of functioning of the CTI QMS testifies to the structuredness, coherence of business processes, competent and economically sound organization of work of all company’s divisions, transparency and effective interrelation of processes, high qualification and responsibility of personnel. ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 confirms a defined range of requirements for the management system of IT-services.
